Therefore, he considered it necessary to strengthen institutional presence in partner countries. This will be done in two ways. In particular, it was decided to open new consulates abroad, including in Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Italy, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and France.

“At the same time, we are preparing to launch a new body that will ensure sufficient global strength for Ukrainian unity,” the head of state said. – The scope of the body’s activities will include Ukrainians of different countries and their ties with Ukraine as well as the protection of the common interests of Ukrainians as a nation. In fact, this should be the ministry of Ukrainian unity and countering Russian influence on Ukrainians. First of all, abroad.

He noted that Russia uses overseas propaganda resources to influence, in particular, Ukrainians. As Zelensky pointed out, the educational, cultural and information needs of Ukrainians require more action from the state. But the Foreign Ministry’s system alone cannot cope with it.
