largeThe Royal Meteorological Institute (IRM) said in its morning bulletin that while there will still be sunshine, it will become cloudy at times on Tuesday.



The atmosphere will become more unstable and humid, with some thunderstorms likely to break out already after noon, especially in the east of the country, but the weather will remain dry in most places. Maximum temperatures will drop by a few degrees but will remain warm, reaching 24°C on the coast, 29 to 30°C in the central regions, and 31 to 32°C in Belgian Lorraine and Kampen.

The IRM has also issued a yellow heat warning for the province of Limburg until midnight.

The risk of cloudiness and thunderstorms will increase overnight Tuesday into Wednesday. Some stormy developments may also be intense. Minimum temperatures will be 16 to 20°C.

On Wednesday, the sky will be generally cloudy with a chance of (stormy) showers still in the morning. The weather will then become dry from the west with sunny spells. The last showers will leave the eastern part of the territory in the afternoon. The maximum temperature will be between 22 and 26°C.
