Based on Aislin World Insurance Association said on Thursday that it had acquired John J. Flynn Insurance Company From Dover, New Hampshire.
Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1999, John J. Flynn is a full-service agency that provides personal and commercial insurance coverage to clients.
