Our business structure

• We are a Holding company with investments in both public and private sector companies and run by financial and IT experts whose job is to oversee the financial and day to day business affairs with the regulators and ensure compliance. 

• The holding company also works as a regulatory body to ensure business standards are met and that its strategic vision and mission are well placed.

• The Holding company owns 220 such companies, each bearing the name of a country or territory that it represents and each is run by a set of dedicated Board comprising of partners and professionals in that country. 

• A team of Ai and IT experts provide the SAAS backup, consisting of marketing, advertising, sales, news in and outflow, policies, etc for these companies.

• Each company has a preset volume of 10 million shares at $10 per share par value. 

• Depending on whether the company is private or public ltd., the investment options are clearly divided into three categories.

Investors Categories 

We have three investment options based on short, mid and long-term objectives according to the investors’ options. 

1. Investors: Small, medium, and large size investors without voting rights. 
2. Partners: Long-term investors with highest returns on investments with voting and non-voting rights, and a plethora of multiple benefits not offered in any other class of investors. 
3. Franchisees: Independent operators with no shares in the regional companies and restricted to cities where they want to operate from.

• Investment Term: between a few months to a year 
• Rights: No voting rights or other privileges

• Investment amounts: $10,000 to $100,000 range 
• Benefits: Enhanced return on investment 
• Return on Investments: 6%-10% annually  
• Risk Level Moderate 
• Investment Term: 1-5 years 
• Rights: No voting rights or other privileges

• Investment Term: 5 PLUS years 
• Rights: No voting rights to voting rights based on the number of shares acquired
