(CNS): The customer service department of the government’s Workforce and Immigration Department WORC will move back to its old office at Apollo Building, 87 Mary Street, George Town, next Monday (September 2). To facilitate the move to the newly renovated facility, the office will close at 1:00 pm on Friday. The Apollo Building will then resume normal business hours at 8:30 am on September 2.
WORC officials said they hope the upgraded space will meet the needs of the variety of customers they serve every day and enhance their experience, but noted they remain extremely busy. “WORC would like to remind customers of the new WORC Service Platform and encourage them to utilize it to submit payments, rather than transacting in person, to avoid long wait times,” officials added.
