Whitfield “Medic” Ferguson, 74, of Eanes Lane North, died on Thursday, February 27, 2020, at Princess Margaret Hospital.
He is survived by sisters, Bernadette Woodside and Phillippa Ferguson; brothers, Charles Ferguson and Phillip Ferguson; an aunt, Bertha mae Ferguson; numerous nephews and nieces and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

He is survived by his devoted companion of 57 years, Barbara Miller; 2 daughters, Keyla Braynen-Dean and Yvette Braynen; 5 sons, Patrick, Craig, Wayde, Brendan and Bronson Braynen; 2 brothers, Everette Braynen and Wilton Braynen of Fort Pierce, FL; 20 grandchildren, Rakel, Rasheema, Riche’ and Regan Dean, Lavardo, Patreka, Dario and Patrice Braynen, D’Angelo Braynen, Markel Bethel and Brittney Gibson, Wayde Braynen Jr., Craig Jr., Shaquille, Ackeem and Shannon Braynen, Brandi, Breneisha, Breon, Brent and Breanna Braynen; 5 great-grandchildren, Ethan Dean-Adderley, Danae and D’Andre’ Braynen, Liam Braynen and Khaya McMinns;
numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-nieces, other relatives and friends.
