Thirty-six young European pond turtles, endemic to our country but threatened, have arrived at the Sainte-Croix Zoo in Rhodes, South Moselle. Born at the Mulhouse Zoo, they will continue to grow there before being released into the natural environment in a few years as part of a European reintroduction program.
