Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Corina Machado came out of hiding to join a protest against Nicolás Maduro’s government in Caracas. It was one of hundreds of rallies she called for Saturday in Venezuela and abroad. “With wisdom, prudence, tenacity and boldness … peaceful protest is our right,” she said.
