In Cherry Hill Vantage Business The off-market sale of Holly Bush Carwash and Laundry, a well-known and long-established car wash and laundry business located at 133 E. High St. in Glassboro, was announced Thursday.
Following the sale, the new owner plans to invest significantly in and modernise the property, with an estimated completion date of January 2025.
Holly Bush Car Wash and Laundry is a staple in the Glassboro and Rowan University communities, and with the change of ownership, the store will continue to serve the area, further contributing to the town’s economic growth.
The transaction was brokered by Ken Richardson, Vice President and Partner at Vantage Commercial, who represented both the buyer and seller in this significant transaction.
