A Kremlin spokesman warned on Saturday that European countries would be at risk if they accepted the deployment of long-range missiles by the United States on their territory. Berlin and Washington announced an agreement this week ahead of a NATO summit to deploy U.S. Tomahawk cruise missiles and other long-range weapons on German territory from 2026.
