Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the Pakistani national believed to be the mastermind of the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks who is being held at the U.S. military base at Guantanamo, has accepted a negotiated sentencing agreement, the Pentagon announced late Wednesday.
