UL Solutions has not evaluated the Wi-Fi smoke detectors to determine if they comply with the appropriate safety standards and is not aware of any compliance with safety requirements.
Product Name: Wi-Fi Smoke Detector
Solution: UL Solutions recommends discontinuing use of the product and replacing it with a UL listed smoke detector.
Product label markings: “Jllom” brand Wi-Fi smoke detectors carry the unauthorized UL certification mark in the United States and Canada.
Place: Jinlan Technology Co., Ltd. distributes and sells the product under the “Jllom” brand and through e-commerce retailers including Walmart.com.
