Two-wheeler community mourns death of JC Putoa

Jean Claude Putoa, one of the great names in French Polynesian motorsport, died on Monday 12 August.

Jean Claude was President of the French Polynesian Motorcycle Federation (FMPF) (resigned in 2014) and for many years President of the Fazer Club, leaving an indelible mark on the two-wheeled motorcycle world. His dedication, passion and commitment brought together many motorcycle enthusiaststhe federation wrote in a letter of condolence.

Youth and Sports Minister Naema Temarii also added to her poem, confirming Jean Claude Putoa dedicated his life to the development of motorsports, especially motorcycles in his Fazer club, and served as president of the French Polynesian Motorcycle Federation until he resigned in 2014..
