Subsequently, during the tug-of-war, the 28-year-old man shot and wounded the 29-year-old villager.
However, as a result of the measures taken, it was discovered that the 29-year-old man was shot and wounded by the 28-year-old man’s father, a 48-year-old resident of the village of Arinj, with an illegally raised “saiga antelope”. firearm. On July 30 at 1 pm, he was arrested and taken to the Kotayk police station, after which the prepared files were handed over to the Abovyan Investigation Department, which initiated criminal proceedings under several articles of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RA Criminal Code.
During the procedural operation, three “Saiga” guns were found in the yard of the 48-year-old man’s house. The man said that he shot and injured a 29-year-old villager with one of the guns.
A 48-year-old man and his 28-year-old son, residents of Arinj village, were arrested and taken to the detention centre.
After preliminary investigation, the situation has become clear.
