The Supreme Court Electoral Chamber (TSJ) is reviewing and monitoring materials related to the July 28 presidential election.
On Thursday, Judge Calicelia Beatriz Rodríguez confirmed that the procedure was developed by a team of experts in electoral matters, using high technical and scientific standards recognized nationally and internationally.
Rodriguez stressed that this expertise is carried out directly on a daily basis and seeks to ensure technical and legal excellence throughout the process.
The final ruling on the disputed election appeal filed by President Nicolas Maduro will be made after the expert opinions and facts are found within the stipulated time.
“The Supreme Court of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela considers it necessary to reaffirm its commitment and will to provide justice to the Venezuelan people, so that nothing can stop us from fulfilling our sacred mission,” he said.
