Shatha Amjad Hassoun (born 3 March 1981) is an Iraqi singer best known for winning the fourth season of the talent show Star Academy in 2007. She is believed to be the first woman to win the Arabic version of the show.
Born in Casablanca, Morocco, to an Iraqi father and a Moroccan mother, she lived for many years between Morocco and France, learning about the tourism and hospitality industry, until she had the honor of being voted by the Iraqi and Arab public in 2016 for the art program “Star Academy”, where she began her artistic career in singing and acting.
