Azerbaijan is preparing a single electronic portal for real estate documents. The State Property Issues Service of the Ministry of Economy has learned about this. The goal is to fully digitize all processes of documenting housing through the portal and create digital management.
According to the deputy chairman of the State Cadastral and Real Estate Registration Management Committee of the State Real Estate Affairs Directorate of the Ministry of Economy, Elshad Mamedov, the information media currently planned will create a special module related to apartments, which will systematize the electronic simulation of buildings from the moment the construction company starts to build a building:
“In this case, situations where one apartment is sold to two or more people will be prevented. The organization of the above portal will also solve the problem of unlicensed houses.”
Elnur Fazaliev, an expert on real estate issues, said that if exemptions are granted for individual residences built in other regions and they do not violate the law, these properties can pay property taxes and land taxes, be insured and converted into property purchase and sales services, which will help low-income people with good credit and other conditions to obtain housing.
