The city of La Paz launches a new gastronomic event. Councillor Eliana Paco reports that, in order to promote the gastronomy of La Paz, the first gastronomic avenue is launched, which will take place on Friday, July 1, in Jaén Street, in the city of La Paz.
On the La Paz Gastronomic Avenue, people will be able to taste seven traditional dishes from this region of Bolivia, including stew, chicken sajita, la paz platter and cholla sandwich. These “chukutas” dishes will be featured in this La Paz gastronomic exhibition and are described as “the authentic flavors of the essence of Pasena.”
