He said: “I think these statements are unfortunate and cruel because we are telling citizens… your opinions, your needs, your situations do not matter.”
The architects concluded that brightness is insurmountable and advocates for canceling the contract, suggesting Puerto Rico must find a way to manage its own electricity system without the current “bad habits” and “toxic relationship.”
