On Thursday evening, Israeli occupying forces once again attacked the city of Tulkarem and its camp, while Israeli occupying forces continued their attack on the Nur Shams camp for the second consecutive day.
Media sources said that the occupying forces pushed more heavy vehicles and bulldozers into the Tulkarm camp and set up a tight cordon around it, using heavy live ammunition against anyone who moved and sending intensive reconnaissance aircraft to fly at low altitudes.
She added that the occupation forces were stationed in the Al-Balouneh and Al-Hadaydah neighborhoods, while they had deployed patrols and snipers on Nablus Street near the main northern entrance and had begun bulldozing infrastructure in the Al-Balouneh area.
The occupation forces also deployed their vehicles on the streets of Tulkarem, particularly Al-Sikka Street, Gamal Abdel Nasser Square in the city centre, the western neighbourhood and the Shweika roundabout in the northern neighbourhood, and re-established a siege on the Martyrs’ Government Hospital and the Israeli Specialist Hospital, prohibiting entry and exit.
Meanwhile, the occupying forces continue to besiege the Nur Shams refugee camp, mobilizing more vehicles and occupying troops and continuing to destroy and attack the property of citizens and raid their homes.
