Medical sources said the death toll from the intense occupation bombardment in the eastern part of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip has risen to 71, with around 200 injured, while others were forced to flee due to disastrous humanitarian and medical conditions.
On Monday, Israeli occupation forces launched a fierce attack on the eastern part of Khan Yunis city, killing dozens of citizens and injuring about 200 people.
A large number of citizens in the eastern area of Khan Yunis were displaced by the Israeli occupation attacks and fled on foot or using primitive means of transportation to other places far from the targeted areas.
The Palestinian Red Crescent announced earlier this evening that its Maan and Bani Suhayla clinics would cease services as they are located in the area east of Khan Younis and the occupiers have given notice of their eviction.
The occupation forces’ ongoing aggression against the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023 has left 39,006 citizens dead, most of them women and children, and 89,818 injured, with thousands of victims still lying under the rubble, on roads that are inaccessible to ambulances and rescue workers.
