The Nicaraguan Navy transfers three North Caribbean fishermen suffering from decompression syndrome to Porto Seguro

Through a press release, the Nicaraguan Army Navy evacuated three fishermen who suffered from decompression syndrome while fishing 10.5 nautical miles from Puerto Cabezas.

Among those transferred to Bilwi were Arpino Delman Demos, 31, Saberio Berklin Wilson, 27, and Jonster Diego Filimon, 22, who were already receiving treatment.

The Caribbean Naval Force also reported the seizure of 9,000 board feet of pine that had been illegally transported on industrial vessels in violation of established regulations.
