The month of fall Ashura

By looking up the narrations, I found one hadith in the Sunni books and one hadith in the Shia books that define the months in which Tashua and Ashura occur as the Hijri months, which are:
Sunni Narration:
"- On the authority of Al-Hakam bin Al-Araj, he said: When Ibn Abbas was wearing a robe wrapped in Zamzam, I came to him and I said to him: “Tell me about fasting on Ashura,” and he said. “If you see the new moon of Muharram, prepare and fast on the ninth day. I said: “The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) fasted like this.” Narrated by Muslim."
The strange thing about the hadith is that it says fasting on the ninth day, not the tenth day as they say Ashura
The Shia narration says:
"Shaykh Saduk narrated on the authority of Jablah Al-Makiya: I heard Maitham Al-Tamar say: In the name of Allah, this nation will kill the son of its Prophet in the tenth day of Muharram and make its enemies God consider this day as a blessing, and I knew that this would happen by the knowledge of Almighty God until Jablah said: Oh Maitham, how can people consider the day when Hussein was killed as a blessed day? Then Maitham cried and said: They will claim that it was the day when God repented to Adam (peace be upon him) because of the hadith they fabricated, but on the contrary, God repented to Adam (peace be upon him). They will claim that it was the day when God brought Yunus (peace be upon him) out of the belly of the whale, but it was only in Dhul-Hijjah. Al-Qa’dah, they claim that this is the day when Noah’s Ark (may God bless him and grant him peace) anchored in Al-Judi, but it anchored on the tenth day of Dhul-Hijjah, and they claim that this is the day when God parted the sea for Moses (may God bless him and grant him peace), but it was in Rabbi Al-Awwal. Shia narratives deny fasting on this day and consider it an innovation invented by the Umayyads
Neither of the two narrations is true. In the first narration, we find that Ibn Abbas’s robe covered the well of Zamzam, which means that the man slept on the water of the well and he spread his clothes on the water. This is a stupid expression, he is laughing at us, what kind of person is this sleeping on the water?
This is an amazing verse which contradicts the Book of God where God tells us that He has forbidden the following verse in the name of God Almighty:
" Nothing can stop us from sending a signal except the ancients’ denial"
As for the Shia narration, in which the first error is that Hussain is the son of the Prophet (PBUH), the statement is that if the person who said this understood, he would know that it was an accusation against the Prophet. Allah forbade him to commit adultery with his daughter, as Allah the Almighty said that he was of his father’s lineage. " Call their parents" It is known that he was the son of Ali, the second error is that the Prophet (PBUH) knew the unseen things, represented by the killing of Hussein ibn Ali decades before his death, which was something that the Prophet (PBUH) (PBUH) did not know, as God said on his tongue:
" I don’t know what I can’t see"
Those who read this should note that while reading the following hadiths, the word “Muharram” is not found in any hadith, which indicates that none of all these narrations are authentic because there is no designation of Ashura or Tashua It is impossible that the Messenger (PBUH) and the Sahabaṭhaṭhād forgot to designate in which month Ashura falls in all the narrations.
Contradictions between Hadiths Ashura Many of them:
The first contradiction:
Those who are commanded to fast on Ashura:
First, there is the question of the offerer, as stated in the Hadith:
1807 – On the authority of Muhammad ibn Safi, he said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said to us on the day of Ashura: “Some of you have tasted the day’s offering. We have tasted it, and some of us have not eaten it. So whoever has eaten enough and whoever has not eaten enough, send someone to call those who brought the offering, so that they can eat the rest of the day. ” “He meant the people of the city, Sunan ibn Maja.
The second is the issue of the Ansar villages, as stated in the Hadith:
1960 – On the authority of Al-Rabi’ bint Mu’awiz, she said: The Prophet (PBUH) sent to the villages of Ansar on the morning of Ashura: “Whoever breaks his fast in the morning, let him complete the rest of his fast.” Whoever fasts in the morning, let him complete the rest of the day He who fasts in the morning, let him fast» Tuhfa 15833 – 48/3 Sahih Al-Bukhari
The third is to command the people without appointing them, as stated in the Hadith:
1924 – According to the authority of Salama ibn Aqwa, the Prophet (peace be upon him) sent an appeal to the people on the day of Ashura: “Whoever eats, let him eat or fast, and whoever does not eat, let him not eat. “No, let him not eat. Tarfaha 2007, 7265 – Masterpiece 4538 Sahih Al-Bukhari”
The second contradiction:
One-day or two-day fasts:
The first is fasting Ashura As stated in the Hadith:
2708 – On the authority of Jabir ibn Samura, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to command us to fast on the day of Ashura, he urged us to do so, and we agreed to it when the month of Ramadan began, he did not command us, nor did he forbid us, and we did not make a treaty with Sahih Muslim.
Abu al-Hasan said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was fasting one day. Ashura Shia means, Vol.
The second is to fast Tashua and Ashura at the same time, as mentioned in the hadith:
2447 – I heard Abdullah ibn Abbas say: “When the Prophet (PBUH) fasted on the day of Ashura and ordered us to fast on that day, they said, ‘O Messenger of Allah, this is for you to honor him and the Christians, so the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, “If it is the next year, we will fast on the ninth day.” The next year did not come until the death of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) Sunan Abi Dawud.
[ 13839 ] 2 – On the authority of Abu Abdullah, on the authority of his father, Ali said: Fast the ninth and tenth Ashura, because it atones for the sins of the Sunnah, Wasa’il al-Shia, part 10.
The third is to fast only on the ninth day, as stated in the hadith:
– Then he said: If you see the new moon in Muharram, then prepare to fast on the ninth day in the morning. I said: This is how the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) fasted. He said: Yes, Saheeh Muslim.
The third contradiction:
The year when the Prophet (PBUH) fasted on Ashura:
The first man fasted before and after Allah sent him, as stated in the Hadith:
667 – It is on the authority of Aisha, the wife of the Prophet (PBUH), that Ashura was a day on which the Quraysh fasted in pre-Islamic times and the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) used to fast on this day In pre-Islamic times, when the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) came to Medina, Muwata Malik fasted.
The second one, after migrating to Medina, saw that the Jews respected him, so he fasted, as stated in the hadith:
3942 – On the authority of Abu Musa, he said: The Prophet (PBUH) entered the city and saw some Jews fasting on Ashura, and the Prophet (PBUH) said: “We are more worthy of sacrifice.” So he ordered him to fast Talafa 2005 – Masterpiece 9009 Sahih Al-Bukhari
The third person fasted for a year before his death, as stated in the hadith:
2722 – I heard Abdullah ibn Abbas say: “When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) fasted on the day of Ashura and ordered it to be fasted, they said, O Messenger of Allah, this day you honor us Jews and Christians, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “So in the next year – Allah willing – we will fast on the ninth day, and he said, and he did so. “The next year will come until the death of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH).
The fourth fast was after the conquest of Khaybar, in 8 AH, as stated in the hadith:
2717- On the authority of Abu Musa, he said: The people of Khaybar used to fast on the day of Ashura, considering it a festival and wearing jewelry and emblems on it, and he said that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, “Sunnah Muslim, you also fast.”
The fourth contradiction:
– Those who are fasting Ashura Before Islam:
The first one was fasted by the Quraysh, as mentioned in the hadith:
667 – According to the authority of Aisha, wife of the Prophet (PBUH), she said that the day of Ashura was a day on which the Quraysh fasted in pre-Islamic times.
1893 – According to the authority of Aisha, the Quraish fasted on the day of Ashura in pre-Islamic times, notes 1592, 2001, 2002, 3831, 4502, 4504 – Masterpiece of Sahih Bukhari
The second was the Jews of Medina, as stated in the hadith:
3942 – On the authority of Abu Musa, he said: The Prophet (PBUH) entered the city and saw some Jews fasting on Ashura, and the Prophet (PBUH) said: “We are more worthy of sacrifice.” So he ordered him to fast Talafa 2005 – Masterpiece 9009 Sahih Al-Bukhari
The third are the Jews and Christians, as it is said in the Hadith:

Fourth, all people in pre-Islamic times, as stated in the Hadith:
2703 – Abdullah ibn Umar informed me that he said: Ashura was mentioned to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: “On this day, it is permissible for the people of pre-Islamic times to fast, and anyone who wishes may give up fasting.”
The fifth is the Jews of Khaybar, as stated in the Hadith:
2717- On the authority of Abu Musa, he said: The people of Khaybar used to fast on the day of Ashura, considering it a festival and wearing jewelry and emblems on it, and he said that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, “Sunnah Muslim, you also fast.”
The fifth contradiction
Reasons for fasting Ashura :
The first one was caused by the Quraysh covering the Kaaba, as mentioned in the Hadith:
592 – On the authority of Aisha, she said: They used to fast on Ashura before the month of Ramadan, the day on which the House of Light was built (Tuhfa 16556, 16613 Sahih Al-Bukhari).
The second was the joy of the Israelites at being saved from Pharaoh, as stated in the Hadith:
3943 – On the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said that when the Prophet (PBUH) came to Medina, he found the Jews fasting on Ashura and they said, “This is a good day given by God.” Moses and the Israelites defeated Pharaoh and out of respect for him we fast it2004, 3397, 4680, 4737 – Tuhfa 5450 – 90/5 Sahih Al-Bukhari.
3- Many happy things happen to Muslims, as stated in the Hadith:
On the authority of Abu Jafar, he said: One day the ship was trapped Ashura On the day of Judah, Noah commanded the elves and humans to fast on that day, and Abu Jafar said: Do you know what day it is today? This is the day when God Almighty repented to Adam and Eve, this is the day when God parted the sea for the Israelites and drowned Pharaoh and his followers, this is the day when Moses defeated Pharaoh, this is the day when Abraham was born, this is the day when God turned to the people of Yunus, this is the day when Jesus, the son of Mary, was born, this is the day when Al-Qayim was born. The seventh contradiction:
Ramadan and Ashura:
First, when Ramadan begins, Muslims do not fast. Ashura As stated in the Hadith:
They asked Abu Jaafar Al-Baqir about fasting for one day Ashura He said: He fasted before the month of Ramadan, but when the month of Ramadan came, he gave up fasting.
2- When the month of Ramadan comes, they fast, as it is said in the hadith:
2518 – On the authority of Kais ibn Sa’d ibn Ubada, he said: We used to fast Ashura and pay Zakat, but when Ramadan came and Zakat arrived, we were not commanded to do so and we did not perform it. It is forbidden to do so, and we used to do so, Sunan al-Nasa’i
2803 – The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “On three days of every month, from Ramadan to Ramadan, it is a lifelong fast, the same as the fast of Arafat. I seek refuge in Allah, which atones for the sins of the previous year and the next year, and fast on Ashura, hoping that Allah will atone for the sins of the previous year.”
– On the authority of Jafar, on the authority of his father, he said: Fast for one day Ashura Sunni and Shia Atonement, Part 10
The sixth contradiction
Ashura is either mandatory or desirable:

2003 – On the day of Ashura in the Hajj year, Muawiyah bin Abi Sufyan said from the pulpit: “O people of Medina, where are your scholars? I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and “This is Ashura and it is not commanded for you to fast, but I am fasting, so whoever wishes, let him fast, and whoever wishes, let him not fast.” Sunnah Bukhari
The third is neither mandatory nor desirable, but an innovation, as stated in the hadith:
"By the authority of his father, by the authority of Abu Abdullah, I say: Then hurry up Ashura ? He said: That day was the day Hussein was killed, so if you are gloating, then hurry up. All these contradictions between the Hadiths deny the existence of any worship called Ashura
