-arrival The turnover of the Ministry’s hotels (Dama Rose – Sheraton Damascus Hotel – Ramira Hotels & Resorts – Shahba Aleppo Hotel) was approximately SYP 80 billion between January 1, 2024 and June 30, 2024, compared to approximately SYP 38 billion in the same period last year (i.e. 2023), which is approximately SYP 42 billion higher than the target achieved in 2023.
– Syrian Arab Tourism Company: net profit of approximately 641 million Syrian pounds in 2022 and 1.058 billion Syrian pounds in 2023.
Syrian Arab Hotel and Tourism Company: Net profit in 2022 is about 1.2 billion Syrian pounds, and net profit in 2023 is about 4.86 billion Syrian pounds.
Syrian Transport and Tourism Company (formerly Karnak): Net profit of approximately 4.49 billion Syrian pounds in 2022, operating profit of approximately 22 billion Syrian pounds in 2023, and net profit of 15.28 billion Syrian pounds.
Syrian Saudi Tourism Investment Company: Net profit in 2022 is about 28.62 billion Syrian pounds, and the profit figure in 2023 exceeds 85 billion Syrian pounds.
The total turnover of the hotels (Safir Homs, Apamea Lattakia, Golden Beach, Blue Beach) from January 1 to June 30, 2024 was approximately SYP 48.7 billion, compared to approximately SYP 2.025 billion in the same period last year, an increase of 140.5% compared to approximately SYP 2.845 billion achieved in 2023.
