The Leprechauns captain and several rugby players left the match against Fiji – the official reason being unknown.
The Georgian national rugby team will play its first match of the summer test series in Batumi today against the Fiji national team.
The team captain Buka (Merab) Sharikadze, along with several other rugby players, will miss the meeting in Batumi, which starts at 20:00. This information was spread by Radio Liberty.
