Radio Ndeke Luka visited a pastor in the Boy-rabe area who prayed for about 10 victims. But the evidence he provided was an image of a man with a very small penis. The photo that circulated on social networks was taken more than four years ago. All this suggests that it is related to manipulation.
No hospital center has recorded similar cases
After passing through health facilities, no victims were found in hospitals or any health facilities in the capital. When asked, Professor Richard Ngbalé, an obstetrician and gynecologist at Bangui Community Hospital, described this as an act of manipulation.
“All this is just a rumor. The rumor is because until the moment I speak to you we have not received any reports of people who have lost their sex. The prosecutor sent us a note asking for our expertise on the case, and I had the opportunity to see and ask questions to these so-called “victims”, who did not lose their sex. In Bambari, where the rumor first resurfaced this year following the Ndélé incident last year, four young men accused a man of making their penises disappear. After examining their genitals, the chief doctor of the Bambari health zone drew up a medical report last week: “The macroscopic examinations performed showed that the penises of all four examined were in proper position and none showed any obvious abnormalities in penile morphology,” The medical report concluded.
Bangui Prosecutor’s Office warns
The government said it was concerned and planned to communicate in the next few hours. However, attacks on suspects in the city have continued to increase, but no repressive measures have been taken.
