Cochabamba Provincial Prosecutor Oswaldo Tejerina Rios reported this Saturday that State Attorney General Juan Ranchipa Ponce instructed the creation of a circuit office in the municipality of Albito to better follow litigants in the area.
“Following the instructions of the state attorney general, we are coordinating with Alberto Mayor Crispin Chiri to guarantee the environment, equipment and all necessary conditions for the rapid operation of this traveling office,” authorities said.
The setting will house an office for the case prosecutor, another office for receiving pleadings and complaints from litigants, and a waiting room; it will also feature an auditorium for training and seminars.
The mayor of Alberto, Crispin Chiri, pledged support so that the work can be carried out whenever conditions allow, so that victims no longer have to travel to other cities to file their complaints.
