Tazabek – The Cabinet of Ministers approved the decision to transfer the lands located on the territory of Joosh ayil AIMK in Karasu district of Osh region from the category of “Water fund lands” to the category of “Industrial land for industry, transport, communications, energy, defense and other purposes.” The decision was made with the aim of building a concrete plant on these lands.
According to the resolution, the area of the plot is 6.25 hectares Line 10 will be used for industrial construction.
The Cabinet of Ministers made the decision on August 9, 2024 in the Osh region based on Article 20 of the Land Law, Article 6 of the Land Transfer (Transformation) Law and other legislative acts, taking into account the conclusions of the Presidential Plenipotentiary.
The state administration in the Karasu region must change the land registration documents and ensure that the site is used for its intended purpose.
Urban planning documents must also be prepared, taking into account building codes, flood drainage rules, and establishing a life support system for the area.
If historical and cultural heritage is found near the site, the administrative department is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Law on the Protection and Utilization of Historical and Cultural Heritage. In addition, the owner of the plot must restore the land to its original state if it is not used or abused.
