This weekend the class of 1973 of Hollar Farm School came together as agronomists to celebrate their 51st anniversary of graduation. On Saturday the group gathered at Kara Svensson’s house in Skagahavragli where old memories of Hollar were reminisced. In the evening we had a delicious meal at Kaffi Krók.

A total of 15 agronomists and their spouses came together. They were 23 agronomists who graduated at that time, of whom 4 dropped out and another 4 left. This was the third time the group had come together, but the first time was to mark the 30th anniversary of graduation. Another gathering was planned in Sauðárkrók in three years, as the agronomists were getting older; the youngest in the group was 69 and the oldest was 74.

Agriculturists from Holar did not participate in the Hola Hathiti event held on the same weekend because they were responsible for a different type of Hola Hathiti event, so to speak.
