Mexico City (apro) – Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo has revealed that she received congratulations from “ministers” of the National Supreme Court (SCJN) for her victory in the presidential election.

However, he announced that his response would be “very grateful”, but he still has no record of the Federal Electoral Tribunal for the Judiciary (TEPJF).

The Morenstad native made the comments during a meeting at her halfway house this afternoon, without media enquiries.

“I can tell you one thing: I received congratulations from the Supreme Court of the country and from ministers, but you look, because I was about to answer you, I still do not have the certificate of election as president, because this was approved by the Federal Power Judicial Electoral Court,” he said.

He added with a smile: “So, I want to answer the question, thank you very much for your congratulations, but the court still needs to follow the rule of law, according to the norms, according to the election law, “They need to give us proof.”

The former head of government’s snub to the Minister of the country’s highest judicial body comes against the backdrop of criticism levelled against her during and before the election campaign in a number of resolutions, particularly against Minister and President Norma Pina.

Since the evening of June 2, Scheinbaum-Pardo has received dozens of congratulations and compliments from presidents, international organizations, chambers of commerce and other national and international celebrities from all over the world. He has responded cordially to international organizations and made this legal clarification.

This happened even after more than a week of meetings at his transition house with businessmen, lawmakers and ambassadors to discuss the government transition.

Although she defeated her opponent Xóchitl Gálvez from PAN-PRI-PRD by more than 30 percentage points, Claudia Sheinbaum will receive a majority certificate recognizing her as president-elect once the TEPJF resolves the challenges regarding the electoral process in 2023. In 2024, the PAN, PRI and PRD parties, as well as the former candidate of the “Mexican Force” coalition, Xóchitl Gálvez Ruíz.
