This Tuesday, Foreign Minister Tete António received in Luanda the diplomatic chiefs of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and Rwanda.
The two foreign ministers met at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to attend another ministerial meeting on the security and peace situation in eastern Congo.
Earlier, the President of the Republic of Angola, Joao Lourenço, as the mediator appointed by the African Union, visited Kigali and Kinshasa on August 11 and 12 respectively, followed by an experts meeting, where he presented a proposal for a peace agreement to his counterparts from Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Paul Kagame and Felix Tshisekedi.
