Tang Thanh Ha and her sisters went hiking in the United States

Tang Qinghe, her husband and children are enjoying their summer vacation in the United States and have made friends with a group of close sisters. This time, the “Pearl Lady” family chose Washington State on the west coast, a place with beautiful nature.

Washington State has a diverse terrain that includes the majestic Cascade Mountains, a rugged Pacific coastline, lush forests, and vast grasslands. The state is also home to many popular attractions, including Seattle, Tacoma, Spokane, and Olympic National Park.

Tang Thanh Ha was invited by a friend to hike into the forest on the Icicle Gorge Trail in Washington’s Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest.

Icicle Canyon Trail is a 4.2-mile (6.8-kilometer) long trail located approximately 16.7 miles from the town of Leavenworth. It is a popular choice for families, beginner hikers, and those seeking an easy, scenic walk.

The trail has a gentle slope and passes through a variety of terrains, including forests, grasslands, and stream banks. “It’s great to walk along the river,” said Hartang. “It’s great to get back to nature.”

Along the trail, visitors can enjoy beautiful views of Icicle Creek, Icicle Canyon, and the surrounding mountains.

The route is fairly easy and takes about 1-2 hours to complete, making it suitable for all ages. Visitors are advised to bring plenty of water, especially in the summer, apply sunscreen, wear a hat, wear comfortable hiking shoes, and carry insect repellent.

Tang Thanh Ha and her close sisters are “chilled”. When the team went to Vietnam, she also led the team to explore nature deep in the Dalat forest.

Tang Qinghe and his wife were warmly welcomed by their American relatives and friends. She was also proud of her son and daughter’s first 20-kilometer bicycle ride.
