Taiz al-Hujariyah commemorates the inauguration of a conference and celebrates the lifting of unjust sanctions against the leader and his son

The General People’s Congress branches in Shamayatain district and Mawasi district of Taiz governorate held an event to commemorate the 42nd anniversary of the establishment of the General People’s Congress, with the support of Martyr Ali Abdullah Saleh, former President of the Republic, and Ambassador Ahmed Ali Abdullah Saleh, under the patronage of Sheikh Arif Jamal, Chairman of the General People’s Congress branch in the governorate.
The event, which was held in the conference hall of the house of the late Sheikh Caid Ahmed Saif al-Shajabi, began in isolation in Shajab with the heads of branches of the departments and the leadership of the organizational centers (60-61- 62), accompanied by the national anthem and verses from the Quran, followed by the recitation of the opening chapter for the souls of the national martyrs, at the forefront of whom were the martyr leader Ali Abdullah Saleh and his companion, the martyr Arif Zuka, and all the martyrs. Martyrs from all political, military and security sectors who opposed the Iranian expansionist plans and its tools (the terrorist Houthi militias).
Sheikh Arif Jamal, head of the NPC branch in Taiz province, delivered a speech in which he praised the resilience of the NPC leaders and cadres across the province, and praised the regions of Shamatan and Al-Mawaset in particular.
Sheikh Jamal stressed that such steadfastness and resolve are not unfamiliar to the people of these regions, who faced the Houthi coup, made great sacrifices at various stages of the national struggle, and trained hundreds of party and civil leaders, scholars and professional cadres in various fields.
Jamal congratulated the lifting of sanctions against the founding leaders, former President of the Republic, Martyr Ali Abdullah Saleh, and his son, Ambassador Ahmed Ali, stressing that this step represents a reconsideration of the conference and its history of struggle, and is an important step in unifying the national team and completing the fight to restore the country.
In this context, he thanked Dr. Rashad Alimi, Chairman of the Leadership Council, Tariq Saleh, Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, Leader of the National Resistance Movement and Chairman of the Political Bureau, and all members of the Council for their efforts to reach this moment.
Jamal urged the leading cadres of the National People’s Congress to work together in unity and form a team spirit to improve organizational performance and raise the level of awareness among the people about the dangers of the Iranian-backed Houthi coup project to the national identity, and called on them to open up to other political elements.
In a speech, Sheikh Ahmed Gaid Saif Al-Shajabi, head of the 60th District Council branch, welcomed the heads of the General People’s Congress branches in the province and the leaders of the branches and organizational centers in the three regions, emphasizing the observance of the organizational principles and commandments of the Martyr Leader Ali Abdullah Saleh.
Sheikh Shajabi, on behalf of the leaders, cadres and supporters of the conference branches in Shamatan District and Mahwahi District, congratulated the leaders of the National People’s Congress on the occasion of its founding anniversary and the lifting of sanctions against the leader of the founding of the nation and his son Ambassador Ahmed.
The event included several speeches: Abdul Jalil Masah gave a speech on the heads of the three constituency chapters of the National People’s Congress, while Assam Mashriqi gave a speech on the youth sector, addressing the difficulties and obstacles faced by the organization’s work, as well as the need to activate the organization’s performance in the next stage, emphasizing that the conference cadres continue to fight for the liberation of the country and are keen to unite and speak out among the various political and ethnic components to fight the coup and restore the country.
Chief Sultan Muhammad Asbahi delivered a speech on the Hujairiyya Chieftaincy and recited several poems, which were recognized by the participants.
