Syrian and Russian warplanes destroy 9 cars with ISIS machine guns in desert

Joint Syrian and Russian warplanes carried out concentrated attacks in several areas of the Eastern Desert, destroying nine vehicles equipped with heavy machine guns, including ISIS members.
A source on the ground said the attacks also targeted Islamic State positions deep in the desert between Raqqa and Deir Ezzor, which they used to carry out hit-and-run attacks on military positions or passing commercial convoys and hide behind troops pursuing them.
