Summer is gone. Iraq guarantees no heat wave in late July and the first ten days of August

According to the weather map, there will be no heat waves in the next 15 days, and the temperatures will be around the average for this period of the year due to the concentration of low pressure from northern Europe, which pushes cold, moderate and humid ocean currents through the eastern Mediterranean and then Iraq.

Experts said that from July 21 to August 1, except for a slight increase, the temperature will not be very high, especially in the southern region, while in western and central cities, the temperature will be around 4°C. Annual average.

From August 2 to August 10, temperatures were below average due to the influence of atmospheric low pressure over Central Europe, also driven by cold, moderately humid air currents and the absence of heat waves.

Experts say this summer is one of the best seasons in Iraq compared to previous years.

According to weather forecasters, a moderate air mass may form at the end of the month, causing a sharp drop in temperatures, with Baghdad likely to reach 43 degrees Celsius, and the weather will be better than in previous years at this time of year.
