Sri Lanka won the toss and chose to bowl first, with Pakistan scoring 140/4.
Chasing a 141-run victory, Sri Lanka were in trouble at the start but captain Chamari Athapaththu scored his 11th half-century to pave the way for victory.
Chamali shot 63 out of 48 and was named the best female player of the match.
Sri Lanka will face India in the final on Sunday.
