“Where are the charging stations and where are the spaces?” are the concerns of electric vehicle drivers. In line with the Hong Kong government’s policy to promote the development of electric vehicles, Inchcape Hong Kong has launched the Inchcape One+ one-stop electric vehicle support platform, which covers home and commercial charging solutions. Recently (June 12), the first public charging station was unveiled at Landmark East, a Grade A commercial building in Kowloon East. The charging station is located in the Landmark East P2 car park at 100 How Ming Street, Kwun Tong. There are three 60kW fast chargers and four 7kW medium-speed chargers to meet the needs of different users.

At the unveiling ceremony, Inchcape Greater China Managing Director Liu Qicheng emphasized that the company will actively expand the charging network and will set up more charging facilities in commercial buildings, public institutions, private institutions and gas stations in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories in the future to promote the development of Hong Kong’s electric vehicle ecosystem. Liu Qicheng said that Inchcape has been committed to cooperating with different automobile brands to realize the “Electric Vehicle Popularization Roadmap” and promote the popularization of electric vehicles in Hong Kong; although the penetration rate of electric vehicles in the market continues to grow, the company believes that the introduction of diversified new energy vehicles is a top priority.

In the future, Inchcape plans to further expand the introduction of commercial electric vehicles, and combine one-stop charging solutions and after-sales services to promote new energy management, reflecting the company’s commitment to innovation and sustainable development. Liu Qicheng said that Inchcape welcomes the government’s goal of increasing the total number of public and private charging parking spaces in Hong Kong to about 200,000 by mid-2027, and the formulation of the “Hong Kong Hydrogen Energy Development Strategy”, which will help improve the electric vehicle ecosystem and its supporting facilities.
Inchcape One+ is a one-stop electric vehicle support platform with various functions. Drivers can use the newly launched exclusive application to achieve convenient management, easily check real-time charging station information, obtain the location and number of remaining chargers, and save time searching; charging management is also simpler. Just enter the vehicle information to easily grasp the charging status. The entire operation process is simple and easy to use. Just scan the code, connect the charging cable and select the time to start charging.

Inchcape One+ charging stations charge per kWh, that is, drivers pay as they charge. Drivers can also purchase One+ Credit to enjoy charging services at a more favorable price. As an expert in electric vehicles and chargers, Inchcape Hong Kong is committed to providing comprehensive home and commercial charging solutions. Partners include Schneider Electric, which is responsible for providing charger hardware, and AutoPass, which focuses on developing charging and management system applications. Landmark East is located in the core area of Kowloon East, Hong Kong, and is a famous Grade A commercial building in the area.
