The 29th South Asia Regional Azerbaijan Baku Conference was held in Thimphu on August 5, and representatives of the seven member states agreed to discuss Article 6 of the Convention and the Pollution Pricing Law.

In terms of business abstractions, many countries find it difficult to understand, and the issues of Article 6 are not fully understood, and the rules and processes and technical requirements are confusing, and such meetings will be held around the world.
Article 6 of the Paris Agreement contains one of the most important parts of the international strategy: trade and cooperation between countries to reduce emissions through non-commercial measures.
Item 6 of Theme 6 of the United Nations Climate Change Conference was effectively implemented and capacity building activities were launched, “It’s not like that”.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss capacity building related to Article 6.2, with the aim of promoting and attracting participation from other countries and intermediaries in the region, and participants would acquire the necessary knowledge.
Highlights of the theme include: Multilateral cooperation instruments, Institutional adjustment procedures, Article VI In addition to the strategy, the technical advisor will also work with the gas market and national markets and plan to implement the theme in South Asian countries.
The meeting adopted a strategy and thematic framework under Article 6.2 and Article 6.2 to focus on general pollution trade and trafficking.
The issue was discussed by 60 participants from seven countries including India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives and private representatives from Pakistan and Bhutan.
