The Digital Experience Maturity Index involves four main axes: measuring beneficiary satisfaction, evaluating user experience, platform mechanisms for handling beneficiary complaints, and evaluating possible digital technologies and tools for digital platforms. There are more than 20 sub-evaluation criteria under the four axes. The index aims to improve beneficiary satisfaction, enhance their digital experience, and improve interaction with them based on international indicators and best practices. It also connects with the strategic direction of digital government, improves Saudi Arabia’s ranking in international indicators, and accelerates the pace of digital transformation.
The social insurance index score was 91.18%. The number of digital platforms evaluated reached 39 government platforms, and more than 175,000 participants participated in the evaluation.
It is worth noting that the e-Government Service Maturity Index measures the level of digitalization and development of government services provided to the public within the framework of improving the quality of life and improving government service delivery.
