The investment amount is 2.4 billion yuan, the construction area is 81,000 square meters, and the annual production capacity is 10 million flagship mobile phones.
Lei Jun said in a Weibo post that the factory has been certified as a “national smart manufacturing benchmark enterprise.” The upcoming Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 and Mix Filp foldable screen phones are produced in the factory.
He also said that this year the group completed two smart factories, in addition to the Changping mobile phone factory, there is also the Yizhuang automobile factory.
