SKO: Two children from one family died of poisoning
In the village of Nadezhka in the North Kazakhstan region, two children aged 3 and 6 died from poisoning in their family. Three other patients were taken to hospital. Doctors said their conditions were serious.

He came in a serious condition, his father was examined by a doctor, but he refused to be admitted. The biological material was sent for a thorough examination.
The Kovalenko family, who lived in the village of Nadzhika, sought help from a local nurse because of abdominal pain at night. They called a specialist who provided first aid in the morning. Unfortunately, a 3-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl died at the time. The ambulance took two more children and their mother to the hospital. A 28-year-old mother who lost her twin children said that she had eaten pizza, sausages, and drank soda that day. Their father said that they bought ready-made dumplings from the store to eat. However, it is not clear what exactly caused the patients to be poisoned. A special committee was formed in response to the tragedy and began an investigation.

— The police launched a pre-trial investigation into the poisoning of a family in Kizilzar. This fact was included in the unified list of pre-trial investigations of cases of accidental mass poisoning or death of two or more people due to violation of health regulations or health standards.
