“The clothes of the dead were sold” and “diseases were transmitted to the people from these clothes.”

These thoughts shared on social networks refer to second-hand clothes. However, no matter how many people think so, there are still many people who go to second-hand clothing stores to shop.

According to store staff, demand for clothing has increased compared to the past.

The sellers said that most of the buyers who come here are those who can afford to buy the same clothes first-hand.

Branded second-hand clothes, which are said to be 10 times cheaper than first-hand clothes, are mostly shipped to Azerbaijan from the Netherlands.

As for cleaning second-hand clothes, dermatologists say that when buying these clothes, you should first ask for a hygiene certificate.

Since clothes are washed with special disinfectants, they can cause various skin problems, irritation, allergic reactions, demodex mites, scabies, and fungal diseases.

If you buy such clothes, you need to leave them in the open air for a few days.
