SANTO DOMINGO – A woman and her five-year-old daughter died in the Marañón 1 district in Northern Santo Domingo after falling from the fourth floor.

Genesis Daniela Lugo, 25, died at the scene, while the minor died at the Dr. Hugo Mendoza Pediatric Hospital.

The incident took place on Los Mangos Street in the Marañón district.

Police and public authorities launched an investigation, first interviewing the deceased’s lover, neighbors and relatives.
