The National Institute of Meteorology (INAM) predicts that on Tuesday (27th) there will be very hot weather, with maximum temperatures between 35 and 37 degrees Celsius in the regions of Matutuin, Namacha, Boane, Moamba, Magud, Manhiça, Marracuene and the cities of Maputo and Matola (Maputo province); and in the regions of Massingir, Bilene, Limpopo, Mandlakazi, Guijá, Chongoene and Xai-Xai (Gaza province).
Meanwhile, cloudy to clear skies are expected in Tete, Zambézia, Manica and Sofala provinces; local morning fog or fog; and light to moderate northeasterly winds.
In the provinces of Niassa, Cabo Delgado and Nampula, INAM expects slightly cloudy skies, cloudy along the coast with possible scattered drizzle; localized mist or fog; east to northeast winds, light to moderate.
