School named after Armenian activist to open in France

When it seems that the French politicians cannot keep the Armenian lobby happy, the politicians have outdone themselves. Now they have decided to name a school after Misak Manushyan, whom the French call a hero, forgetting that he was a member of a militant group.

Now they are opening a school in the French city of Nice, which will be named after the aforementioned Armenian activist. The news was reported by city representatives on the social network X (formerly Twitter).

Let’s start with the fact that in France, when there is a need for an update on the Armenian issue, they sometimes turn to the same person. Misak Manouchian is considered a French resistance hero, one of those whom the French-Armenian propaganda combo seizes at every opportunity. At the same time, as we have noted, Manouchian himself was a member of a radical organization, which is just one of the suspicious points of his biography.

The issue of reburying his remains has recently become a pressing topic in French-Armenian relations. It reached the point where French President Emmanuel Macron intervened in the issue, spreading praise for the Armenian activist and deciding to rebury him in the Pantheon along with other great Frenchmen.

It is noteworthy that the whole discussion was initiated shortly before the visit of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to France.

Taking into account this example, the question immediately arises – what are the French and Armenians preparing for now, who once again remember the Franco-Armenian activists? Or is this a tired tactic of the French-Armenian lobby, which massively bribes everyone it can reach?

In any case, it is clear that the French are ready to do anything to please the Armenian lobby. They can make a national hero of a man with a questionable past and name schools and other institutions after him.

The main thing is that the sponsors are happy.
