The connection between “dreams” and “call centers” was discussed at the July 31 conference.
“A network of fraudulent call centers supported the ‘Georgian Dream,'” the commission wrote at the time.
Members of Congress called the White House to condemn Bidzina Ivanishvili and her entourage.
