Last week, the bus was traveling through the Czech Republic on its way to Germany. But unexpectedly, at the 150th kilometer of the highway, it had to interrupt its journey because patrol officers stopped it. “We found that there was no card inserted in the vehicle’s digital dashcam from July 1 to 4,” said police spokesman Ondřej Hodan.
The driver did not use the card for 26 hours and 41 minutes, and traveled 1,634 kilometers. “It must be added that at the time of inspection, the bus driver had already stored the card in the digital driving recorder. However, the carrier is responsible for the vehicle, which is why he had to pay a deposit of 100,000,” Huo Dan added.
