He is survived by his wife, the Rev. Shelia Brown; his mother, Miriam Brown; his son, Evert Brown II; his daughters, Yvette Brown-Clark and Ebony Brown; his sister, Vallie Hepburn; his brothers, Valentino Brown, the Rev. Clifton Hepburn, Stephen Brown and Bernard Brown, and other relatives and friends.
