Al-Wardani issued a statement on the matter, saying: “There was actually a dispute between the Remas company and Haifa Wehbe’s then business manager as early as 2017, so we recently filed a complaint with the agency industry syndicate and communicated with the head of the group, producer Ishaq Ibrahim, and they clarified the matter between them.”
He explained that the complaint filed with the Actors Syndicate led by Dr Ashraf Zaki was withdrawn on Wednesday evening.

Producer Ishaq Ibrahim explained that there were no disagreements with Haifa Wehbe, as they had had an affectionate and respectful relationship for many years and there would be artistic collaboration in the next short time.
The Union of Musical and Performing Professions issued a joint statement on the Haifa Wehbe crisis, with Dr. Ashraf Zaki addressing his counterpart, the president of the Union of Musical Professions, artist Mustafa Kamel, in an official address.
They called for the role of the trade union federation based on the legal, moral and administrative necessity of cooperation, because Haifa Wehbey violated the terms of her contract with a film production company, despite receiving a contract deposit. As a result, the government made a decision to ban the Lebanese star from singing and performing in Egypt.
