“Artsakh’s capitulation began with the rejection of Serzh Sargsyan in 2018 and ended in 2023. With the migration of Artsakh people.
In a few days, on September 2, Artsakh will declare independence.
This is the first time since 1991 that there is no de facto independent and free Artsakh on September 2nd.
The obvious fact is that 1988-2018 is the new golden age for Armenia.
That golden age was mainly defined by the Artsakh movement, through which Armenians gained an independent Armenia and a free Artsakh.
But some forces in the region and in the globalized world are clearly dissatisfied with this reality.
Therefore, they began to “cultivate” cosmopolitan and anti-national elements within Armenia with the aim of promoting the message “let’s give Artsakh so that we can live a good life” and alienate relations between different regions of Armenia.
An intense counter-propaganda campaign was launched against the Artsakh movement and Artsakh leaders, as well as against national figures and forces that defeated Azerbaijan.
The Azerbaijani-Turkish colloquial term “Karabakh tribes” began to circulate.
Anti-national and anti-state forces began to spread dirty propaganda against state forces, especially the RPA and its leader Serzh Sargsyan.
Why, because Serzh Sargsyan has clear red lines, and these are the arguments that “Artsakh cannot be a part of Azerbaijan” and “there is no alternative to realizing Artsakh’s right to self-determination.”
Anti-state forces had carried out several unsuccessful coup attempts before 2018, but in 2018, using the services of some Armenian “Trojans”, they carried out an anti-state operation “Reject Serzh”, which actually means “Reject Artsakh”.
The RPA and some other political and political actors try to persuade the public not to fall into the anti-Armenian trap.
However, power and resources are unequal.
Even after the 2018 coup, the RPA under Serzh Sargsyan continued to talk about the anti-state nature of Nikolism.
Serzh Sargsyan and the RPA spoke about a fair and Armenian-friendly solution to the Artsakh issue based on the three well-known principles developed by the OSCE Minsk Group not only in Yerevan, but also in Zagreb, Moscow, Brussels and even Sakhalin.
But the planners and implementers of Artsakh’s surrender plan were resolute.
At first, they actually rejected Sargsyan’s negotiation legacy and started negotiations from “zero point”, then they shouted “Artsakh is Armenia and nothing more” and, by launching a war, handed over most of Artsakh in the fall of 2020.
And starting from April 2022, from the Russian negotiation platform, settled on the Michel Western Platform, and on October 6, 2022 in Prague, Artsakh was recognized as a part of Azerbaijan.
This gives the green light for Azerbaijan to completely conquer Artsakh and eliminate its population by 2023.
We lost Artsakh in just a few years.
Why? Because we didn’t cherish our previous victories and successes.
After April 2016, we were proud of our troops and our victories.
After all, Aliyev said on October 7, 2016 that he would be forced to recognize Artsakh’s independence.
And this pressure doesn’t just happen like that.
This is a result of President Sargsyan’s effective and state-centric foreign and security policy.”
